Safety disclaimer
Our tools are decision-support aids, not a substitute for professional judgement, a formal risk assessment, or your legal health-and-safety obligations. SafetyPulse Analyzer uses AI to analyse workplace photos; its AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate — it may miss hazards that exist or flag things that aren't hazards.
You are solely responsible for checking any findings, training records or reports before relying on them, and for the safety decisions you make.
Plant Walk is a hazard-awareness game. Its factory scenes, hazards, questions and scores are simplified training scenarios — not a workplace inspection, risk assessment, or certificate of competence.
Intellectual property
We own the Site and everything on it, including its software, design, text, graphics and branding, and the prompts, instructions and logic behind our tools. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, prompts or model instructions;
- scrape the Site, or access it with bots or automated tools beyond normal browsing;
- resell our content or tool output as, or as part of, a competing product;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or suggest you are affiliated with us when you are not.
Accounts, payment & your content
This hub site does not create accounts, take payments, or accept uploads. Those happen inside each tool and are governed by that tool's own terms — for example, how credits are bought, used and refunded, and what you may upload.
If you upload content to one of our tools, you keep your rights in it, but you must have permission to upload it and should remove personal or sensitive data first.

When you follow a link to one of our tools, that tool's own terms apply (or these terms, where a tool has none). The Site may also link to third-party websites; their terms and privacy practices apply and we are not responsible for them.
Availability & changes
The Site and our tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage — including loss arising from reliance on tool output — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
