These terms govern your use of the SafetyPulse Analyzer website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service uses AI to identify possible hazards in images you provide. It is a decision-support aid, not a substitute for professional judgement, a formal risk assessment, a competent-person inspection, or compliance with applicable law and standards. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss hazards that are present, and may flag things that are not hazards. You are solely responsible for verifying findings and for all safety decisions and actions taken in your workplace. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any safety-critical decision.
The Service — including its software, design, user interface, text, output formats, and the underlying AI prompts and instructions — is the proprietary property of SafetyPulse Analyzer and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, prompts, instructions, or internal logic of the Service; resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product; use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use; or attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or billing.
Some features require an account and paid credits. Credits are purchased in advance, are consumed per analysis, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are shown in the Service and may change. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain rights to images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload them and that you have removed or redacted personal data you are not permitted to process. Do not upload unlawful content or content you are not authorised to share.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafetyPulse Analyzer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service's outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
